1,825 kg ganja seized in Assam; two nabbed

Guwahati,Nov 6:-- In Assam, Excise department seized 1,825 kg of ganja from a truck at Kashipur area of Cachar district on yesterday night.

Two persons have been nabbed in this connection. According to officials, the market value of the confiscated ganja is worth Rs 2.73 crore.

 

According to police, the arrested persons admitted that they were carrying the truck from Manipur onwards Guwahati.

Four people killed in Assam road mishap
