Sabarimala temple gold-coated mast damage: 3 detained

Sabarimala, June 26:-- Three people were detained by the police for allegedly causing damage to the gold-coated mast at the Sabarimala temple, media reports said.

 

Officials reportedly found that the gold-coasting on the mast changed colour after the mast-installation ceremony.

 

Three people were caught on CCTV throwing a substance on the structure, reports said.
